With a background at senior level in corporate, I've worked hard to release the corporate imprint you carry into running your business. I'm here to support you to release that corporate imprint too - so you can have the freedom you wanted when you first set up your business.

I blend a unique mix of Therapeutic Coaching, Spiritual Growth and physical balance in your body, with practical strategy so you can truly have the impact you've wanted - without sacrificing precious time with your family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there only 6 sessions, but the programme is 10 weeks?

With this kind of deep work, which includes energetic healing, it's really important to give yourself time to process and integrate whatever emerges for you inside the programme.

It's also important that you have enough time to make the realistic changes you want to make, without feeling like this is creating more pressure on you.

The point of this programme is to create more space and freedom in your life. Cramming the sessions into just 6 weeks is counter-intuitive to that space and freedom.

Once you sign up, Sonia will contact you to create your personalised schedule of sessions, based on her recommendations and your diary.

What kind of subjects can we talk about?

Anything at all! This is your session to focus on whatever you need to.

As well as being a gifted intuitive guide and healer, Sonia is an extremely highly qualified and skilled Therapeutic Coach, which means she is fully equiped to deal with difficult subjects, including deep Trauma.

I'm neurodivergent - will this work for me?

Definitely! Sonia is extensively trained and experienced at working effectively with a wide range of different neurodivergences, including ASD, ADHD, Aphantasia, Anauralia, Alexithymia and more.

Sonia is also neurodivergent so can bring her own lived experience where it is relevant.

Do you just work with women?

No! Sonia works with any and all genders. What matters is your curiosity and wilingness to explore what's going on for you right now as a human.

What actually happens when I sign up?

Sonia will get in touch with you directly after you sign up for this programme. She'll give you some options to schedule your first session to start with, then you'll be invited to book in the others as well (which you can do straight away, or later).

You'll also be sent a form to complete which will give Sonia some background information and details to support your journey. This will include your date of birth, place of birth and your birth name if it's different now - this is critical information to allow Sonia to access your Akashic Records during sessions 2 & 5.

Will I get any support outside the sessions?

This programme is designed to give you the support you need inside the sessions. It does not include additional coaching or guidance between sessions via text, email or phone calls.

However, if you find you are struggling with something specific after a session, please do reach out to Sonia and she will help you in whatever way is appropriate at that time.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely! All Sonia's 1:1 work is conducted with absolute confidentiality at the heart. All data supplied by you is stored on a secure platform in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

You are free to discuss any topics during the sessions that you wish to. If you have any concerns about this, please do ask Sonia directly and she will be happy to reassure you.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes. When you get to the checkout you can choose between paying £2497 in full, or paying in two equal installments of £1248.50. There is no additional cost for paying in installments. The 2nd installment will be taken automatically 1 month after the first, using the same payment method.

Please note that this payment plan option is entirely discretionary and may be removed at any time.

If you choose to pay in two installments, you accept that you are liable for the full amount, regardless of whether you complete the entire programme or not.
